Strategic Sales Systems configured executive-level dashboards to provide senior management with the informative business metrics they need. Tables, charts, and listings show new opportunities, dollars associated, and the probability of close, as well as quarterly statistics such as the top performing representatives. “We’ve seen a tremendous improvement in efficiency and in information sharing,” concludes Schaefer. “Rather than islands of fragmented data, we have a single, cohesive view of our business.”
