It’s more than CRM software; now we run a large component of our business through Sage SalesLogix.”
The system automatically matches the incoming caller ID and loads the customer record, saving the customer service representatives valuable time. “We’re able to handle 33 percent more call volume now — all due to the efficiencies we’ve gained,” says Veselic.
All customer correspondence is scanned and electronically attached to the customer record in Sage SalesLogix for future reference.
Because Sage SalesLogix interfaces with the company’s facsimile software, representatives simply click a button to fax a prescription renewal form to the customer’s doctor — with the medications already listed.
Prescription labels, picking sheets, and shipping labels are printed right from Sage SalesLogix. Through the interface with its UPS and USPS manifesting software, freight fees and tracking numbers are written back into SageSalesLogix.
