The Sage CRM for Twitter component provides Twitter tabs in My CRM, Company, Person and Campaign views. The component enables you to:

• Check your tweets, reply and update your status from right inside Sage CRM.
• Search Twitter and save searches against companies, people, campaigns and the My Twitter tab.
• Share your organization's Twitter accounts amongst your staff for marketing campaigns without giving out the passwords
• Save tweets from customers as notes against their CRM records
