The Sugar Offline Client is a desktop application that stores a copy of all the CRM data (including custom fields and modules) locally on the user's computer. It allows users to access their customer data when they are not connected to the Internet. The Sugar Offline Client includes bi-directional sync with conflict resolution at the record level. Sync is automatic and occurs when the user connects back to the Internet, ensuring that users will always have access to the latest customer information. The Sugar Offline Client is included in Sugar Enterprise and Ultimate subscriptions.
