Our Support Offerings

Strategic Sales Systems offers a range of support services for Sage CRM SalesLogix. By offering multiple support plans, we provide our customers with the flexibility to choose a support package that best meets their needs.

Technical Support:

There are three types of technical support contracts offered:

  1. Hourly Support Contract – Support will be provided on a flexible hourly basis. Customers can purchase a bank of support hours at a reduced rate from which each support call will be deducted. This is ideal for customers who wish to use Strategic Sales Systems in addition to Sage CRM SalesLogix Support. Please note - hourly support contracts are only available to customers with an active support agreement through Sage.
     
  2. Annual Support Contract – Support will be provided on an annual basis for all Sage CRM SalesLogix technical support needs. Pricing of annual agreements is based on the MSP of the Sage CRM SalesLogix licenses the customer owns. This option is only available to customers who have owned Sage CRM SalesLogix for 1 year or more. This is ideal for customers who wish to use Strategic Sales Systems for all their Sage CRM SalesLogix support requirements.
     
  3. Developer Support - Customers with an annual support contract through Strategic Sales Systems have the option to purchase Sage CRM SalesLogix Developer support. With this option your internal Sage CRM SalesLogix technical resources will have access to our technical personnel for general Sage CRM SalesLogix development questions, recommended approaches and best practices.

All support options include toll-free 800 number access, monthly reporting of support calls and a web interface for online submission of support incidents, among other benefits.

Sage CRM SalesLogix System Administration:

Designed to augment a customer’s IT resources, we will remotely assume “typical” Sage CRM SalesLogix system administration duties, freeing up IT staff for other important internal projects.

Administrative tasks include Database maintenance, Sync Server maintenance, Hot Fix installations, Remote database creation and distribution and other Sage CRM SalesLogix related functions.
